at my job, this is the point of the entire position. This is something I had to learn over the course of my district manager career. And these are some of the things I learned… You must be omnipotent. What does this mean? This is something I learned in Bible study. It means to be everywhere and nowhere at the same time. This is a Godly trait. I am not telling you to be God. It’s just a trait you must have. It also means to always be available. There are times I have an “off” day, but I’m still on the phone helping representatives. This doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy my rest day. But I’m just available for my team to let them know I’m here for them. It only takes a couple of minutes. And this goes a long way. You are building a legacy. There is much more impact as a leader than as someone being led. You can be in multiple places at once. This is done through constant encouragement and brainstorming. Your job is to give your team other ways to look at problems. You are also holding them accountable. Build a legacy with your omnipotence…
