Give more than you take

If you want to make $12 per hour, you must do $20 per hour worth of work. I heard a NBA player say this before. This is an understatement. You need to o $120 per hour worth of work.

I was reading 10x and he was breaking down how you need to do 10x the work. Grant Cardone made me do this exercise. Think about anything you’ve ever accomplished. You probably knew what it would take to get it done or had some idea. And when it was all over, you ended up doing 10x more work.

For my zone to perform, I thought I could rely on the 10 leaders to tracing their employees. They have been training but the zone wasn’t doing too well. I ended up training each employee individually to teach them how to sell and understand the system. Now the zone has 6 stores doing well. I’m super excited for the commission I will be receiving. 

You must do 10x the work to accomplish anything you want.
