Judge me on my followers

Don’t judge me solely on the work I can put in. This isn’t fair because I know I’m extraordinary. I’m going to put in the work it takes to be great.

But instead, judge me on my followers. Anyone can work hard and accomplish anything. But how many can inspire those around you to do the same?

How can you get your followers to be great? For starters, you must do constant training. Having a constant line of communication so your followers will know you’re there for them.

I started constant training with my team and their conversion rate increased drastically. They started making more money. And the company started making more money. Constant training is a key part of success.
