Would you want your grandma 👵 to buy from you?

The hook 🪝 is one of the most important parts when you're making content or working in any location. Why? Because the hook is the first thing that customer, client, follower, etc can see 👀. 
How are you going to build a strong and interesting subject line? A simple way to entice people into your content is to use a hook 🪝 that has to do with the story that you were telling. It could be something so simple. 

But this is very important ❗️We talk about this at all of my locations. At my locations we always talk about treating your customers as if they were your grandma 👵.Give them an amazing greeting and lay out the red carpet for them. When you offer them this type of greeting, how could they say no 🚫?
