What makes a good leader?

This game we had this past Sunday at the HAC, reminded  me of the importance of great leadership. My leadership kept us in  the game the first half as best as possible. But it wasn’t enough to get us the W, but I learned a thing or two to teach you. 

A great leader is one who constantly is coaching and inspiring others. They don’t stop at any time. And  this means the good, the bad and the ugly. Don’t hesitate for a minute to let them know what they need to improve on. And you must use the sandwich method for this. The bread is the positive and what they are good at. And the insides are what they need to work on. And do it in this order. 

what is the importance of great leadership? The importance is to build legacies.
